En este articulo, análizamos el escenario político tras la última elección legislativa en Argentina. Más allá de los titulares, sostenemos que no hubo ganadores absolutos, sino relativos. Es que hay dos complicaciones latentes: 1) El gobierno tiene un importante caudal de votos pero no tiene candidato y 2) la oposición, tiene un importante caudal de votos pero tiene varios candidatos. Todo indica que estamos yendo a la carrera presidencial más competitiva de las últimas décadas y eso es una buena noticia.

The article is a comprehensive comparison of Foucault and Habermas which focuses on their distinctive styles of critical theory. The article maintains that Foucault's virtue ethical understanding of aesthetic self-realization as a form of resistance to normalizing practices provides counterpoint to Habermas's more juridical approach to institutional justice and the critique of ideology. The article contains an extensive discussion of their respective treatments of speech action, both strategic and communicative, and concludes by addressing Foucault's understanding of parrhesia as a non-discursive form of truth-telling.

This study uses a structural functional perspective in examining the form and function of questions in a presidential disaster press conference on May 27, 2010 about the Deepwater BP Oil Spill. Clayman and Heritage (2002) proposed a framework to examine the questions and responses in a press conference while Fisher (1991) offered a method to study media function. Human relations movement refers to the researchers of organizational development who study the behavior of people in groups, in particular workplace groups.
