Gender inequality still exists in the workplace. In Lean In, Sheryl Sandberg explains that in order to attain greater gender equality, women must actively lean in to their work and make their voices heard. This article highlights Sandberg's primary messages and emphasizes practical steps that can be taken to give more balanced opportunities to both men and women.
