Due to the increasing population of Latino students in the Iowa secondary agricultural education program and the need for minority leaders in agriculture, the goal of this study was to survey a group of students in agricultural classes to understand their perspectives towards the learning components of the program. This study found that Latino students in Iowa secondary schools were supportive of the agricultural education program and interested in participating in experiential programs.
